2024-2025 Online Hot Lunch & Fundraisers Ordering System!
This is where you as parents can order hot lunches, purchase items for fundraisers and find minutes for PA meetings. You will need to re-register even if you used this system last year. The code for the school will be in an upcoming newsletter. If you place an order in term 1, your login will remain the same for term 2.
Welcome to the Hot Lunch Fundraiser ordering system.
Ordering for Term 2 (January 22 to June 4th) will open on Monday January 6th, until Tuesday January 14th at 11:59pm. Late orders can not be accepted as we will need to submit orders to vendors by January 16th. If you ordered for term 1, you will be able to use the same login and password that you created in September.
Parents of students in Grades 5 to 8: do NOT place an order for January 22nd as your student(s) will be away at Winter camp. Please start with January 29th and onward for your orders.
Burgers from Applebee’s will be delivered plain
If you are new to the school, please contact the PA at kf.pa@mennoniteschool.ca for further direction & access code.
Ordering Instructions:
To get started, log in using the email and password you created in September.
Please be sure to order for ALL WEEKS. If you will be travelling, then you can choose not to select any items for the applicable date(s).
Once items are selected for all weeks and child(ren), submit the order and a total amount owed should be visible, and will also emailed to you (check your junk mail if not delivered). Send the owed amount via e-transfer to kf.pa@mennoniteschool.ca There is auto-deposit so passwords are not required for e-transfers. Cheques payable to WMES Agassiz PA or exact cash can be left with Jennifer Wiens at the school office.
Payments are due no later than Friday January 17th (correction from memo that said January 10th)
We understand that an increase number of lunches this term means an increase in upfront cost. Please email kf.pa@mennoniteschool.ca if you have concerns about making the full payment in time, as a split payment schedule can be arranged.
